ACT's Sewage Recycling System (SRS) is an integrated solution combining reduced sludge formation for municipal waste water treatment plants (WWTPs) with recycling of waste water bio-solids.  ACT's novel technologies extract, rather than digest, bio-solids from raw sewage, reducing sludge formation by up to 75%.  ACT's approach reduces the costs of wastewater treatment while increasing plant capacity. The company's proprietary bio-solids recycling process produces a variety of renewable energy products under the brand name Recyllose. These include combustibles for power plants, feedstock for cellulosic ethanol production and pulp products for the paper industry.  RecylloseTM can also be used for on-site electricity production. ACT has completed a number of successful demo installations in municipal WWTPs serving populations of 10-20,000 both in the US and in Israel. In addition, ACT currently installs commercial SRS units in Israeli sites through its local Israeli distributor.

ACT's team includes engineers, waste water experts and scientists. The company was founded by an experienced team of entrepreneurs with a proven track record in product development and commercialization, and is guided by a group of directors and advisors with a deep understanding of waste management and biomass recycling industries.

At ACT, our vision is to transform Waste Water Treatment Plants into Waste Water Recycling Plants.
